Free delivery if you spend over £50
Click & Collect.
Click & Collect is available to all that wish to order in advance and collect from our shop. If you are happy to collect, at the checkout please select the 'Click and Collect' option. We work hard to ensure all orders received before 3pm Monday-Saturday will be ready for collection the next business day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for us to pick and pack your order. We will email to confirm when your order is ready.
Delivery Charges.
Standard UK Delivery
- Up to 1kg - £3.20
- 1kg to 2kg - £4.00
- 2kg to 5kg - £5.50
- 5kg to 10kg- £9.00
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
- Special Delivery up to 2kg (guaranteed delivery next business day on all orders placed before 1pm) - £11.15
We work hard to ensure that we delivery within the time stated, Royal Mail items usually arrive within 2-3 business days, however, Royal Mail will not look into items not delivered until 15 business days have passed.
Missing, delayed, damaged or faulty goods.
Once received please check your order and report any missing or incorrect/damaged items by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt,
(please do not dispose or destroy).
Please allow 14 working days from the order date for orders to arrive for us to investigate and trace via Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive in time for a specified event or is lost/delayed in transit. Please note we cannot offer any compensation for any out of pocket costs-we will offer a full replacement or refund in the event your order does not arrive after the couriers claim time frame.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel, failed deliveries must be reported within 5 working days of the order.
On the very rare occasion that we run out of your required product we will contact you to discuss a replacement/refund.
Large amounts of the same product are best ordered by contacting us directly via email or telephone.
Our couriers may require a signature and operate between 8am & 6pm Monday-Friday, so please provide and address where someone can sign if required. If not, a card will be left for you.
We reserve the right to change our delivery charges/couriers as any time. Please note on occasion we will operate our own delivery service, and this may include weekend deliveries.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
